Donation Agreement

This Donation Agreement is made between Home Raised Dachshund Puppies, hereinafter referred to as “the Organization,” and the Donor.

1. Donation Details
The Donor agrees to make a monetary contribution (“Donation”) in the amount of $ to support the welfare, care, and rehabilitation of rescue puppies at Home Raised Dachshund Puppies.

2. Purpose of Donation
The Donation will be allocated toward the medical care, nutrition, shelter, and general welfare of puppies under the care of Home Raised Dachshund Puppies. The Donor may specify a particular litter, puppy, or project for their contribution, but final allocation remains at the discretion of the Organization.

3. Acknowledgment
The Organization acknowledges receipt of the Donation and agrees to provide a written receipt for tax or record purposes. Donations may be tax-deductible as permitted by law.
